IEC 62196-1 Non-Rewireable Accessories Flexing Test Apparatus For Vehicle Plugs Test
Product Overview:
The Non-Rewireable Accessories Mechanical Strength Flexing Testing Apparatus is specially designed according to IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 26.4 table 14 and IEC 60309-1:2012 clause 24.4 figure 9.
It is used for conducting mechanical load flexing tests on vehicle plugs, socket-outlets, and couplers for non-rewireable accessories.
Equipped with PLC intelligent control, a 7-inch color HMI, and a high-precision servo motor, the system ensures accurate angle control, stable flexing frequency, and fully automated testing.
The operator can preset the flexing angle, flexing speed, and test cycles directly from the touch screen. The machine automatically runs the test and stops when reaching the preset cycle count.
The apparatus includes built-in load power, allowing adjustable phase voltage and current during testing. Modular fixtures, digital display, frequency conversion control, and high-precision speed adjustment make it ideal for professional laboratories and certification centers.
Features:
✔ Fully compliant with IEC 62196-1 & IEC 60309-1 test standards
✔ Servo motor drive for precise and stable flexing motion
✔ PLC control with 7-inch color touchscreen
✔ Adjustable flexing angle 0–360° (default 90°, 45° each side)
✔ Preset flexing rate up to 60 cycles/min
✔ Up to 999,999 programmable test cycles
✔ Built-in load voltage (0–250V) and AC 0–400A adjustable
✔ Automatic test completion signal
✔ Modular fixtures with adjustable clamping point
