This fan energy efficiency testing system is developed in compliance with IEC 60879:2019, ES 7821:2024, and other applicable standards. It enables precise measurement of key performance indicators, including air velocity, airflow rate, rotational speed, power consumption, and energy efficiency, for various types of fans such as table fans, floor-standing fans, and pedestal fans. The system supports data acquisition and analysis for fan product evaluation, quality inspection, and research and development purposes.
System overview:
This testing system features a single-chamber design and is equipped with a dedicated airflow measurement unit to ensure accurate and stable performance testing. The test chamber is constructed with 100 mm thick rigid polyurethane insulation panels and 0.6 mm color steel plates on both sides, providing excellent thermal insulation and environmental stability.
An independent external air-conditioning system is integrated to precisely regulate the internal test environment. Through cooling, heating, and humidification functions, the chamber temperature and humidity can be accurately controlled to fully meet various testing requirements.
The laboratory is supported by a separate operation room, designed for housing office computers, integrated power and control cabinets, and variable-frequency power supply equipment. This operation room is typically constructed adjacent to the test chamber by the customer, using modular panel structures for flexibility and convenience.
The entire test system is computer-controlled, allowing operators to conduct tests outside the chamber without disturbing the airflow field. Testing processes are fully automated, with real-time data acquisition, storage, and analysis. Upon completion, airflow performance reports and energy efficiency ratings are generated automatically, offering high repeatability, efficient operation, and convenient data management.
